The debate has been settled. Our band is now officially called Sabes. If I can become half the technical player that Victor Wooten is, or with half the soulfulness of James Jamerson, I will be able to sleep at night. Until then, I have so much work to do (and no time for sleep).
Do yourself a favor, watch: "Standing in the Shadows of Motown". If you like music with character that makes you want to dance, and are in to documentary-style voyeurism that gives you sneak peeks at the lives of insanely talented people, you'd be a fool to avoid it.
