Full Recovery

I skipped out on shows last night in favour of making a full recovery from this persistent flu. Seemingly my sense has prevailed for once, as I'm finally free from hoarking loogies. Rest does cure minor garbage from the system. Today was the first this year that I really wished I could spend it all outside, and with daylight savings time in effect now, it will last that bonus hour longer.

Goodbye, outdoor ice hockey.

Unfortunately, instead of basking in the glorious sun, I spent my day sorting through other people's refuse, and taking in the smells of fermenting cocktails of old liquor and cigarette butts. The rooftop patio has been locked down as my summer residence of freshness, so starting in late April I will contrast my reek store experiences with post-work chilled out goodness. My beer league playoffs start tonight, so here's hoping I make round things go in the net.
