Something Like It

Holy hot shit it's been proper summer weather out there all week. I've taken the liberty of cleaning out the copious amounts of trash and out-of-style clothing from my dungeon closet, in preparation for summer goodtimes. Stuff accumulates in a nasty way when you don't move addresses a lot and/or are a hoardy type. I found some cool jackets buried in the rubble, now that they're of no use.

"You think I ain't worth a dollar, but I feel like a millionaire"

I've been on a big QOTSA tip lately, thanks in large part to my amigo, who lent me a huge stack of his CD collection of singles, rarities and live takes, including one extra special one of a kind live at Lee's Palace with Dave Grohl on the pounds gem. Good weather and driving music make good company. Compadre Meesh will be returning to planet Toronto soontimes, and we will commence our liftoff from the overbearing gravity of dirty bars and sweaty clubs. Oh, and we'll make tunes too.

Thursday: Tribes, and Dirty Mags play smash and bang at Lee's Palace
Friday: Lunice, BADBADNOTGOOD, and Zodiac crash through Wrongbar

Tunes:
Queens of the Stone Age - Back to Dungaree High (Turbonegro cover)
Turbonegro - Fuck The World (music video)
