Train Station
I was just on my way to taking care of some freshly fried spring rolls, when I decided to detour and check out the new playstation Vita handheld. I'm always curious about new video game technology, and the hardware on display was very fine. The screen looked great, the games I demoed ran smoothly and crisply, and the touchscreen worked like a gem. The disappointment for me is the price tag combined with the lack of interesting launch titles, plus the bogus proprietary memory card cashgrab. Getting a new system with a decent memory card and one game ($50-60) would push the cost to near $400 CDN. I'm not convinced that this system will do well in this day and age, where GTA III can be had on your phone for $5...
